By default, messages are delivered at 9:00 AM in your recipient's local time zone. However, you can customize the delivery window within your account settings to create the perfect morning or evening surprise.

Yes, you can edit any message up until 11:59 PM the day before its scheduled delivery. Simply log in to your dashboard and select the message you wish to update.

Your love notes are for your eyes only. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all message content. Even our staff cannot read your private correspondence without your explicit permission.

Never. We believe in the sanctity of connection. Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with advertisers. We only store what is necessary to deliver your messages.

A Thirty Loves journey is €14.99 for 30 days of beautifully delivered messages.

If your journey hasn't started yet, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once messages begin delivering, we can pause or reschedule your remaining messages but cannot issue a refund for delivered content.

We offer extended journeys of 60 and 90 days for those who want to keep the love flowing longer. You can also chain multiple 30-day journeys together for a seamless experience.

Premium and Deluxe plans allow you to attach one photo per message. Video attachments are available on the Deluxe plan. Each attachment is beautifully framed within the message design.
