Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thirty Loves, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Thirty Loves. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Service Description

Thirty Loves is a digital gift service that allows senders to compose 30 personalised messages — with optional photos — that are revealed to a recipient one per day over 30 consecutive days. The service includes message composition, scheduling, delivery, and a recipient viewing experience accessed via a unique token-based link.

Accounts

To use Thirty Loves as a sender, you must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may hold only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used fraudulently.

Orders and Payments

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Thirty Loves. This means LemonSqueezy handles billing, VAT collection, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. Refund policies are managed through LemonSqueezy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of all messages, photos, and other content you create on Thirty Loves. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and deliver your content as part of the service. You also grant us the right to analyse content in aggregate to create anonymised, non-attributable insights for product improvement, research, and commercial purposes (such as trending themes or message templates). No individual messages are ever shared, published, or sold.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these restrictions and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Recipient Access

Recipients access their gift via a unique token-based link. No account is required. The recipient is responsible for keeping their gift link private. We are not liable for unauthorised access to a gift if the recipient shares or fails to secure their link. If a recipient believes their link has been compromised, they should contact us immediately.

Subscriptions and Renewal

Thirty Loves offers an optional yearly subscription that extends access to gift content beyond the standard retention period (see our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule). Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are managed and billed through LemonSqueezy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained in accordance with the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy. Orders that are never started (recipient never opens the first message) are deleted 2 months from creation. For started orders, gift content is accessible during the 30-day reveal period plus 30 additional days, then archived for one year before automatic deletion — regardless of whether all 30 messages were written by the sender or opened by the recipient. A yearly subscription extends access indefinitely. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Thirty Loves name, logo, visual design, user interface, and underlying code are the property of Thirty Loves and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Your content remains your own — these terms do not transfer ownership of your messages or photos to us.

Limitation of Liability

Thirty Loves is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data and maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what is within our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and close your account.
